Nutraberry

Nutraberry is a Pacific Northwest, U.S (Seattle, WA) upcycler of natural functional berry seed fibers and our seed powders have several relevant applications in healthy foods products. Our business uses berry seeds created during the production of seedless purées (i.e. Upcycling). Nutraberry's berry seed powders value proposition in food is that berry seeds are both prebiotic due to the fiber and polyphenol content and being upcycled. Prebiotic is part of the microbiome. Prebiotics and other fibers are earning more attention from consumers as part of a broader approach to gut health. Nutraberry is a win for consumers, by creating more access to healthy choices, for the environment by eliminating waste, and for farmers, by making them more profitable.
